What is VexarTax?

VexarTax is an online invoicing platform built for freelancers and small businesses. It lets you create professional invoices, receipts, and estimates, manage clients, and get paid faster — all from one simple dashboard.

Is VexarTax free to use?

Yes! Our Free plan lets you send up to 5 invoices per month with unlimited receipts and estimates. No credit card is required to get started. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time for more features and higher limits.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. PayPal support is coming soon. All payments are processed securely and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Absolutely. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your account settings. Yearly billing saves you up to 20% compared to monthly payments.

What currencies does VexarTax support?

VexarTax supports multi-currency invoicing. You can create invoices in EUR, GBP, USD, and many other currencies. Each invoice can use a different currency, and amounts are formatted automatically for your client's locale.

How many PDF templates are available?

We offer 3 professionally designed PDF templates. Free plan users have access to 1 template, while Basic and above can use all 3. Industrial plan users can also add custom branding to their templates.

Is my data secure?

Security is a core priority at VexarTax. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure authentication with JWT tokens, and our infrastructure is hosted on reliable, industry-standard platforms. We never share your data with third parties.

Can I send invoices directly to my clients by email?

Yes. With the Basic plan and above, you can send invoices directly to clients via email from within VexarTax. Clients receive a professional email with a PDF attachment. You can also set up automatic payment reminders.

What happens if I exceed my monthly invoice limit?

If you reach your plan's invoice limit for the month, you will be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing invoices and data are never affected. You can always create unlimited receipts and estimates on any plan.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can downgrade to the Free plan or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
